Thank you for supporting BookEnd.Studio. Each piece is crafted with care, and variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process. Please review the return guidelines below.

Original Artwork

All original artwork is final sale. If an original arrives damaged, please email bookend.studio.jn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will gladly help with a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

Prints (fulfilled by Lumaprints)

Print orders are produced and shipped directly by my print partner, Lumaprints. Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, email bookend.studio.jn@gmail.com within 7 days and I will coordinate a replacement through the print lab.

Journals (fulfilled by Printful)

Journal orders are produced and shipped by Printful. Printful does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or minor variations.

If your journal arrives damaged or misprinted, please email within 7 days and I will arrange a replacement through Printful.

General Notes

  • I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for originals, prints, journals, or custom items unless they arrive damaged.

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout — replacements cannot be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

  • Damage claims must include photos of the item and packaging.

  • Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available.
