BookEnd.Studio is a small independent art studio creating original artwork, prints, journals, and mixed‑media pieces. All items are produced with care, and variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process.

By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed once payment is completed.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • BookEnd.Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary (for example, due to errors, unavailable inventory, or suspected fraud).

3. Shipping

  • Shipping timelines vary based on product type and carrier.

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery speed is outside my control.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

In general:

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are only accepted for items damaged in transit.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
