Hoot Did That

$280.00

Artist’s Note

Hoot Did That began with an owl whose eyes looked so heartbreakingly sad that I couldn’t let him go. The expression pulled me in, and the intricate feathers and speckling became a way to soften that sadness into quiet wisdom. Part of the Nightshift Series, this piece layers Bombay ink, watercolor ink, acrylic ink, and fountain ink to create depth, texture, and a moonlit stillness that feels both peaceful and knowing.
